Sepmatic – Integrated spooling system

With Sepmatic, we have upgraded Sepdurance winches with a unique spooling attachment that enhances performance and safety.
The integrated spooling attachment eliminates nesting and significantly extends rope life. This results in reduced operating costs and improved safety for users.
Five different Sepdurance winches can be upgraded to Sepmatic status by adding the spooling attachment. Despite the upgrade, the winches maintain their original characteristics and performance.
These winches have capacities ranging from 50 to 450 kN, substantially improving speed and efficiency during winching operations under the toughest conditions. The spooling attachment is driven by a cog wheel mounted on the side of the drum itself, without requiring proprietary parts. This is a clear example of Sepson’s design philosophy, combining efficiency with simplicity.

Sepmatic H10

The Sepmatic H10 winch is designed as an auxiliary pull-out winch with up to 220 m rope length with a pulling capacity high enough for pulling out the rope on a heavy winch. It features versatile fixation, smooth drums, and high-speed rope retrieval for heavy transport support.

Sepmatic H100

Sepmatic H100 is a compact foot-mounted winch with 100kN maximum pulling capacity. It has grooved drums for class leading rope life. This winch family is avalible with many different options to suit the users needs. Designed for recovery with high demands.

Sepmatic H120

Sepmatic H120 is a compact foot-mounted winch with 120 kN max force. It has casted downward brackets and grooved drums for better rope life. Suitable for medium and heavy recovery, not for high dynamic loads.

Sepmatic H150

The Sepmatic H150 winch delivers up to 150kN maximum pulling capacity with flexible motor options and automatic or manual 2-speed option. Featuring a large D/d ratio, grooved drum, and pressure rollers, it ensures excellent rope management. This family of winches are avalible both in Sepson larger 6334 series, but also in our compact 6336 series to meet the customer needs. Unmatched reliability and performance in a very compact design. Designed for heavy recovery, heavy transport, and suitable for very high dynamic loads.

Sepmatic H80

The Sepmatic H80 winch delivers 80kN maximum pulling capacity with versatile fixation and smooth drums. Also avalible with standard and wide drum option, as well as multiple free-spool options. Compact design ideal for medium recovery tasks with requirements for a higher pulling capacity.
