| Lidan AB assumed ownership of Sepson AB in 2014. A Swedish company, Lidan Marine specializes in marine winch applications and has considerable expertise and resources in naval construction. Both companies, market products globally and most of the production is exported. With joined forces we have now become a stronger player in the international market. | The collaboration between Sepson and Lidan Marine will now deepen in several ways. We have a common quality manager and we coordinate our strategic purchases. Our product development projects will be managed with shared resources and at Sepson we face intense work ahead of the launch of new solutions and new products at Eurosatory in 2016. |
